David Dube

Managing Partner

I am licensed by the State of Florida to adjust and litigate all insurance claims. For many years, I worked as an adjuster and appraiser all throughout the state of Florida. During that time, I gained invaluable experience assessing property damage, navigating the claims process and negotiating claims settlements. Prior to entering the insurance adjusting industry, I was a roofing consultant for a Master elite certified roofing contractor and helped manage both commercial and residential roofing projects throughout South Florida. As an adjuster, I handled all types of claims, estimated almost 1,000 properties in over 30 cities and helped recover millions of dollars for Florida property owners.

While an adjuster, I became a HAAG certified Inspector and earned my Juris Doctor at the Florida International University College of Law, where I concentrated in construction and insurance litigation. I understand all clients deserve personal attention and strive to keep my clients well-informed throughout every stage of the process. I have used the skills gained in construction and as an adjuster to protect the rights of the citizens of Florida.

Tamara Braz

Partner

Tamara Braz is an experienced litigator, with an extensive background in a range of insurance, real estate, business and commercial litigation, representing both individuals and national organizations. Fueled by her diverse experience and background, Tamara offers her clients both conservative and creative solutions tailored to their specific needs and interests. As a former defense attorney for insurance carriers, Tamara brings a unique perspective to cases, being able to clearly see both sides of the equation in order to bring a matter to its most beneficial resolution.

Although not native to Florida, Tamara has developed deep roots in the state. After spending the majority of her childhood in poverty, Tamara’s single mother was able to obtain a degree and relocated the family to Sarasota County, where her mother still teaches to this day. Tamara met her husband and his two children while she attended law school in Orlando in 2008, which has been her home ever since.

Crystal Kantzas

Associate

Crystal Kantzas is a driven and highly motivated First Year Associate at The Lawgical Firm.

Born Bridgeport, Connecticut, and raised in Stratford, Connecticut she is among her family’s first generation to not only attend and graduate college but the first of her family to become a lawyer. She received her Bachelors in the Arts of Social Sciences degree from the University of Bridgeport and went on to graduate with her Juris Doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O’Andreas School of Law in 2022.

While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Crystal was a member of the Mock Trial Association and competed throughout Connecticut. Additionally, she spent her college years as a peer mentor and teacher’s assistant for over five pre-law college courses at her institution.

In 2019, tragedy struck her family, and Crystal lost her father a month before her undergraduate graduation. Crystal says her father was one of the biggest supporters in her dream career path to becoming an Attorney and losing him so suddenly inspired her to move to Orlando, Florida to continue to chase that dream.

While in law school, Crystal was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and interned at an Estate Planning & Elder Law firm before joining the Lawgical team in 2021, as a legal intern. She passed the Florida Bar in July of 2022 on her first attempt and returned to The Lawgical Firm as an Associate to begin her practice.
